It is the goal of Rams Baseball Club to create teams consisting of players of equal talent. We believe that this type of environment, mixed with hard work and determination, will help our players to achieve greater success. All players will tryout each season. Based on the results of that tryout, teams will be created. The tryout will consist of baseball skill examinations. Players will be rated by the High School coaching staff. Once the ratings are in, the teams will be created.

The following explains the Rams Baseball Club team selection tenets:

• Team selections will be made based on tryout evaluations.
• The RBC Board will determine player placements and notify families by October 1^st, 2010.
• Players will be placed on teams of consistent abilility. This will allow us to optimize playing time for all players in our organization.
• Team rosters will consist of 11 players (may have 12 on a few teams depending on numbers)
• RBC Board will determine after tryouts the number of teams for each age division.
•  Teams will compete in various USSSA tournaments as determined by the Board as those schedules are released
• Practices start in mid January league and tournament play will run through late June or early July. Scheduling will be complete by the end of February.
