One of the great things about this organization is that we will be able to coach all kids in a consistent manner. In the early months of the season, the HS staff will be the primary coaches, with assistance from various people at practices. Once the HS baseball season draws near, each team will recieve most instruction from the organization assigned coaches who will likely be parent volunteers. Each selected coach will be in communication with Coach Belger and staff to be sure that teaching remains consistent throughout our organization for the length of the season. Coach selection will take place following the creation of teams. Coaches will fill out an application and be subject to a background screen. It is anticipaed that each team will need 3-4 coaches. (Game Coach, Assistant, at least two practice coaches) All coaches within our organization will be expected to uphold Rams Baseball Club Board of directors philosophies and to have the interest of all the kids on the team at heart. Further, coaches will adhere to teaching the game in a manner set forth by Coach Belger and his staff.
