This organization is about teaching baseball to kids in the SE Polk district and building baseball players!

 It is our belief that if we coach the kids and the kids practice hard and follow our plan,  the "W" will take care of itself. This organization is about learning and playing the game of baseball the right way. The kids will learn about baseball as well as THROUGH baseball. Intrinsic items, such as working to learn new skills, developing leadership skills.  respect for others and many other life lessons that can be taught from organized sports. We all have a desire to win. It's why we keep score. However, given the choice,  this organization will take honor before glory every time.

We will be a premier baseball organization. That means we will practice intensely, be excellent teammates and be formidable opponents. We will not belittle our teammates, opposing players, or umpires.
