Interested In Coaching?

Finding great coaches is vital to the success of our club and we literally couldn't do it without you. The RBC board will be there to support and answer any questions you might have throughout the process, enabling you to be the best coach that you can be. Many people know great coaches can have a positive impact on kids of all ages, but even fewer people know how amazing of an impact the kids have on coaches. With that in mind, thank you for your interest in coaching. Please follow the steps below to apply to coach:

Fill out form indicating interest in coaching (link currently disabled).
RBC Board reviews and selects coaches for teams.
Communication will be sent out indicating you have been selected as a coach and you will be required to register a profile on sportsengine.com.
RBC will assign you to the appropriate team.
