Prairie Meadows began operations as a nonprofit organization in 1989, with the goal of promoting economic development, jobs, agriculture, and tourism in the state of Iowa. Through taxes, grants, and charitable donations, Prairie Meadows has given $2.1 billion to the state of Iowa. Prairie Meadows offers slot machines, table games, live and simulcast racing, sports wagering, hotel accommodations, entertainment, and more.
Rams Baseball Club
Rams Baseball Club is a youth baseball organization that is available to all kids ages 6 - 14 who live in the communities that make up Southeast Polk Community Schools. The goal of Rams Baseball Club is to offer a developmental program that is guided by the coaches of our high school baseball program so our players are ready to compete at a high level when they reach high school. We work hard to offer a family friendly environment that helps develop the whole child. We achieve this through effective communication with our baseball community and offer a variety of family events for our baseball club throughout the year. Our teams participate in USSSA baseball tournaments in the state of Iowa and occasionally travel outside of the state for some tournaments. If you live in the SEP school district, we hope you decide to join the RBC baseball family.
